Climate and Antitrust – A Discussion with COSAL’s Climate and Antitrust Committee

Members of COSAL’s Climate and Antitrust Committee have drafted a forthcoming article, Climate and Antitrust, on the antitrust implications of climate agreements. Climate Agreements, such as joint agreements to reduce carbon emissions by a date certain, have come under antitrust scrutiny in recent years. Join authors Nicole Veno, Jennifer Kelly, and Geoff Kozen for a discussion of the antitrust implications of Climate Agreements, and their conclusion that most climate agreements do not violate the antitrust laws.
