  • Climate and Antitrust

    The collaboration of climate coalitions within industries to pool resources, share ideas, and foster innovation, can be viewed as antitrust violations. COSAL’s Climate Committee works to navigate this emerging space.

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

    COSAL’s DEI Committee assists in explaining, promoting, and encouraging the organization’s DEI objectives, to ultimately ensure everyone within the organization feels included, respected, and supported. In addition, the DEI Committee hosts the annual Diversity & Leadership Summit.

  • Rules

    The Rules Committee will engage with the Federal Judicial Conference on amendments and changes to the Federal Rules of Practice and Procedure.  This engagement will include submitting oral and written testimony, participating in Judicial Conference meetings and educating COSAL members about relevant Rules changes.
