Membership
COSAL represents the interests of the antitrust plaintiff’s bar in the halls of Congress, at the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, and before the Judicial Conference. Our work is accomplished through the membership and participation of some of the nation’s most prominent lawyers and law firms.
Members enjoy a host of benefits through their participation in COSAL. These include important networking opportunities, both within our organization and within the antitrust community, as well as opportunities to further antitrust enforcement through amicus briefing, policy work, and related committee work.
COSAL holds frequent events in Washington, DC and around the country. These events give our members from around the nation the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and continue to work for private antitrust enforcement, and to discuss recent rulings, proposed legislation, and Federal Civil Rule changes. Antitrust experts and policy makers also present and inform our members of significant developments in the law at our events.
Interested in joining us? Membership is open to any individual or organization who meets the dues requirement, subscribes to the by-laws, and is committed to furthering the goal of antitrust enforcement.
