COSAL Comment on Rule 16.1 on MDLs
COSAL submitted comments to the Committee on Civil Rules regarding a new proposed Rule 16.1 on MDLs. In the comment, COSAL request an amendment to the Committee Note that explains that Rule 23, applicable statutes and best practices should continue to govern class action MDLs.
