COSAL Issues Statement on Introduction of the Competition and Antitrust Law Enforcement Reform Act

Klobuchar for introducing the Competition and Antitrust Law Enforcement Reform Act. The range of reforms in CALERA will strengthen public and private antitrust enforcement, making our economy stronger and our marketplace fairer.
